Who is federal and state employee benefit consultancy for?
Federal Employee and State Employee Consultancy services are ideal for you if you:
- If you are a Federal Employee, Military Personnel - Active/Reserve/Veteran, or a Federal Contractor.
- If you are a State Employee, Municipal/City Employee, you are an educator or work for The Board of Education in any capacity.
- You are a first responder: Police Officer, Fire Firefighter, EMT, Doctor, Nurse or Medical staff.
- Non-Profit and Not-For Profit Employee.
the process and what to expect
Our services include a complementary review of all your current benefits and the current benefit packages offered through your employer. We also offer continuing services to our clients throughout their open seasons. As Fee-Based financial advisors, we can be either compensated through Fees paid through suitable Fee-Based products or a Fixed-Fee for our financial planning services. As financial advisors, we stand by our ability to provide our clients the high-quality services they deserve. We do not charge our clients to evaluate their benefits. This is our way of showing gratitude to this very special group within our society.
- Intro Consultation

The first phase of the process is to meet our clients and gain a better understanding of their needs. During our initial meeting we also take the opportunity introduce our firm and what we stand for.
- Onboard Consultation

At second phase of the process, our clients are provided disclosure documents and they gain access to our secure client portal. Once the client gains access to our secure portal, they will have the ability to upload and share documents with our firm using our secure platform with bank-level security. The clients’ will also have the ability to sign documents and communicate with our team via the portal.
- Planning Phase

The third phase of our process is the Planning Phase. In this phase, our financial advisors will work diligently to create a suitable and comprehensive financial plan based on the data provided by our clients. During this crucial phase, it may be necessary to schedule multiple consultations with our clients as certain decisions that may effect the results and quality of the plan are likely to require more in-depth consultations to assure our clients’ have a firm understanding.
- Plan Review Phase

At this phase of the process, our clients are provided with a comprehensive financial plan for their review. Our plans are tailor made for our clients based on their unique financial profile. Our advisors will dedicate as much time as necessary to make sure our clients understand their financial plans as we understand that financial concepts can be challenging to comprehend at times.
- Action Phase

The final step of the process is the Action Phase. We call this process the action phase because this final step of the process and its where the clients ‘Take Action’. A financial plan is only as valuable as the clients’ ability to implement the plan. We, at WinFall, not only create professional financial plans for our clients, we also implement the plans
